In 1992, he became a Born-Again Christian when fellow "Lunch Date" co-host Toni Rose Gayda shared the Good Word with him. It was then that Randy discovered Chinkee. The business boomed and even produced a show for Randy Santiago at Rumors, then the most popular entertainment venue in Metro Manila. He and nine of his friends chipped in 500 pesos each for the event.
